Four steps from your images to a decision
Every PoC is built around your samples and your method, so the details change from case to case. The structure does not.

Agree the targets
Together we write down what success means: accuracy against manual measurement, time per image, repeatability, or whatever matters in your lab. The targets are fixed for the whole PoC.

Send your images
At least 10 sample images, ideally 20 to 30. You mark what you want measured or segmented, so we build for your definition, not ours.

We build and run it
We create a custom analysis recipe for your application, run it on all your images, and show you the automation and the results in a live demo.

You decide
You get a results report with measurements and statistics, plus an honest assessment of what works and why. Check the numbers at your own pace before you order.

Two possible endings. Both are fine.
The PoC starts with a deposit of €995. What happens to it depends only on the targets we agreed at the start.
If the targets are met
The €995 becomes licence credit

How many images do you need?
At least 10. With 20 to 30 images the results say much more about how the analysis will behave on your everyday samples.
Who decides whether the PoC succeeded?
The targets do. We agree measurable success parameters with you before any work starts, they stay fixed during the PoC, and we go through the results against them together at the review.
Do I have to mark up the images?
Yes, roughly. You show us what you want segmented or measured on a few images. That is how we make sure we measure your definition of a grain, a particle or a cell.
What happens after a successful PoC?
The €995 deposit is credited against your licence invoice. Set-up is included, you get two training sessions, and we support you through the roll-out.
And if the targets are not met?
You get the full deposit back within 14 days, together with a written explanation of what we found. No further obligation.
Can the PoC include other software or connections?
Yes. When a PoC covers more than image analysis, such as statistics, data transfer between systems or compliance, we price it individually after a call.
