Version 1.0, a fresh start
Not a facelift. A whole new SigmaStat.
Grafiti, the makers of SigmaPlot, rebuilt SigmaStat from the ground up. The idea stays the same: statistics for scientists and engineers who are not statisticians. Everything around it is new.
- ARAI, an AI assistant built in. Ask what a test means, when to use it or how to read a result. It runs locally and works without an internet connection.
- Statistical Advisor. A wizard asks about your data and your question, then points you to the right test.
- A wider toolkit. Three-way ANOVA, ANCOVA, Deming regression, principal components, and Cox regression including stratified models.
- Result graphs made for you. The right graph for each test appears automatically next to the report.

Can I try SigmaStat before I buy?
Yes. Request a free trial licence through our licence form and choose SigmaStat.
Does ARAI send my data anywhere?
No. All ARAI functions run on your own computer. Questions, data and conversations are never sent to external AI services, and it works without an internet connection.
How quickly do I get my licence?
We email the licence within two business days of your order. Installation help is available by phone if you need it.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Order in the webshop, or contact us and we will send a quote and an invoice, which suits most universities and companies.
Does it run on a Mac?
SigmaStat v1.0 runs on Windows today. Grafiti has announced a native Mac version as coming soon. Ask us and we’ll tell you when it is out.
I use an older SigmaStat. Is this an upgrade?
SigmaStat v1.0 is a new product line, rebuilt from scratch. Contact us with your current licence and we’ll find the best way to move over.
Can I open my Minitab, SAS or Excel files?
Yes. SigmaStat imports Minitab (.mtw, .mpj), SAS (.sas7bdat, .sd2), Excel, CSV, R, Stata, JMP, Matlab and Statistica files, and reads any ODBC or JDBC database.
Can I use it with my image analysis results?
Yes. Export measurements from MIPAR, for example grain or particle sizes per batch, and compare batches in SigmaStat.
